Reina joined Z&Co. in August 2024, having come from a strong private practice and in-house background. Reina specialises in all aspects of corporate and commercial contracts and advisory, including market entry and localisation, commercial and operational contracts and negotiations, real estate and construction, procurement, competition risk management, intellectual property, data privacy and cybersecurity and ESG regulation.

A solicitor qualified in England and Wales, Reina spent 5 years at Linklaters LLP (where she began her career) in London and Dubai. Reina served as Senior Legal Counsel at Nestlé Nespresso S.A. in Switzerland, managing all legal support for the commercial, operational and product development functions. Reina also served as General Counsel of a regional construction and contracting group based in KSA, where she was esteemed for her achievements in commercial negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Most recently, Reina returned to private practice as Legal Director at Clyde & Co. LLP based in Riyadh and Dubai, where she was commended by her major commercial clients for her support on complex commercial transactions. Clients have referred to Reina as “integral” to the successful completion of their projects.
