Sarah’s core practice is in government advisory, regulatory and comparative law. Having joined the firm from the Ministry of Justice in the United Kingdom where she practiced as
an Advisory lawyer, Sarah holds expertise in analysing policy objectives, drafting regulatory instruments and drawing from international best practice from comparative
research findings. Her experience includes:
– Advising the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing on beneficiary participation strategies for urban development (in consortium with Buro Happold)
– Managing the team in advising and drafting template contracts on behalf of Al Madinah Heritage Company;
– Providing benchmark practice/comparative law insight for the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority and the Royal Commission of Mecca City and the Holy Sites on a number of regulatory projects
– Developing a legal Guide for Dealing with Saudi Customs
